ECO-DOMESTIC POST
Free on orders over $500. Excludes baskets.
A flat rate of $10 for orders under $500. Excludes baskets.
Orders are expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days once shipped.
EXPRESS-DOMESTIC POST
A flat rate of $15 on all orders. Excludes baskets.
Orders are expected to be delivered 1-2 business days once shipped.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We are offering local delivery to certain post codes in Sydney in the lead up to Christmas and the holiday period.
Orders will be hand delivered 1-2 business days once fulfilled.
Your order must be placed by December 20th for local delivery.
INTERNATIONAL POST
Delivery will incur a flat rate of:
New Zealand, US, Canada, Europe, Singapore & Hong Kong - AUD $40
Other Countries/zones- AUD $50
Orders are expected to be delivered within 5-10 days.
Duties & taxes are not payable by Ilio Nema. Please check with your customs authorities prior to your purchase to be clear on any duties & taxes you might incur. Duties & taxes differ for each country.

BASKETS
Domestic shipping only on baskets.
A flat rate of $20 for all basket orders.
RETURNS
Ilio Nema will accept returns and exchanges on full priced items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on purchases within 14 days from delivery date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. All items must have swing tags attached.
Returns and exchanges must include all original packaging, including cloth dust bags. These must be in original conditions as these are considered part of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure you are eligible for a return, we recommend the following:
1. Be careful of makeup rubbing off on garments.
2. Be careful with jewellery catching on garments.
3. Handle with care, the handmade nature of the fabrics can create seam slippage.
Ilio Nema will not accept returns on baskets, as they are fragile and may be damaged in the process if not packed properly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Ilio Nema is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES
Ilio Nema is happy to process refunds and credit notes on full priced items within 14 days.
All sale items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Law.
Purchases made with a credit note cannot be refunded. A new credit note will be gladly offered.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed once the return has been received.
FINAL SALE
Final sale applies to items that have been marked down. Items that are marked down are not eligible for return, unless in the event of the item being faulty.
