US duties and taxes are covered by ILIO NEMA. For Europe, the UK, and all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not covered and may be payable upon order arrival.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to purchase so you are aware of any applicable charges, as duties and taxes vary by country.

Please note, delivery timeframes are estimates only. ILIO NEMA is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional transit time once your order has been dispatched.

ILIO NEMA will accept returns and exchanges on full priced items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on purchases within 14 days from delivery date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. 

Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. All items must have swing tags attached. Returns and exchanges must include all original packaging, including dust bags. These must be in original conditions as these are considered part of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

ILIO NEMA will not accept returns on baskets, as they are fragile and may be damaged in the process if not packed properly.

ILIO NEMA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

All sale items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Law. 

Purchases made with a credit note cannot be refunded. A new credit note will be gladly offered.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed once the return has been received.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If you are located in the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer laws, including a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. These rights apply in addition to our standard returns policy and cannot be excluded or limited.

Import duties and taxes paid directly to customs authorities or carriers are not refundable by ILIO NEMA.

1. Be careful of makeup rubbing off on garments.

2. Be careful with jewellery catching on garments.

3. Handle with care, the handmade nature of the fabrics can create seam slippage.
